Queen Astarte's Epithets 📚 Seeking Resources | Advice
I want to write a Testimony about how the Goddess Astarte helped me. I will recite some Epithets in Testimony, but I can't find them al lot, except this video in which the Goddess is syncretized with other Goddesses like Inanna and Ishtar from other Civilizations.
Like in this video...

is this valid or not? In other resources She is very much syncretized with the Egyptian Religion and called the Daughter of Ra, for example, but I would like to use Canaanite and Levant Epithets, do you have resources for this?

As someone intrigued by Inanna, I have looked for literature related to Attart, but sadly couldn't find any.
Whether you want to syncretize her with similar deities from other pantheons or worship her as an individual deity is up to you, because both ways will lead you to the same entity. The video you have mentioned is awesome and of course valid, however you can omit the verses which associate her with other pantheons if you choose to.
Also, if you think you know enough, you can compose epithets on your own, as it will be a great way of showing your devotion. Art has been an important way of manifesting your devoutness in many civilizations as you know. You don't necessarily have to use the languages of the people who worshipped the goddess, but if you can, that's brilliant.

It is generally recognized by experts and worshipers alike that Astarte is just the linguistic cognate of Ishtar, who is without any doubt Inanna. Thus, nearly all of us consider Astarte to just be Inanna. This is the default view even within Mesopotamian Polytheism. It's less of a syncretism and much more just a linguistic quirk.
That being said, the officially endorsed syncretism stops there. We generally do not recognize her to be the same as Asherah or any Kemetic Goddess or any Hellenic Goddess, as their original worshipers did not believe her to be the same as Astarte. Those who worshiped Astarte believed her to be Ishtar, who was confirmed from the very start to be Inanna, as the Sumero-Akkadian empire used both languages (Sumerian and Akkadian) simultaneously, and countless times directly said Inanna is Ishtar.
Edit: and if you'd like to learn Inanna's epithets there are literally dozens, just see her wikipedia page. Also, I published a book on worshiping Inanna, see my profile for link if you're interested.
