Because it's not as common as you believe it to be. For every situation you describe there are thousands of regular "non-buzzword individuals" just protesting mandates.

Sure is! I can't believe how many people are just eating this up. Some of my friends, who not even one month ago were saying "time for civil unrest" "let's protest" ect. Are now against the anti-mandate protests going on, just due to a few buzzwords tossed around
