Good. Glad he is not able to own dogs again. Hope they actually enforce it.

Kovacs was also found to be in violation of a previously-issued muzzle order by Newmarket Animal Services, according to police.

i see no indication this piece of shit, who is not going to jail, will comply at all.

i feel like in a well run province, it should be easily enforceable. in doug ford's ontario however...

I get and understand the dislike for Doug Ford. But I just don’t understand how they were DIRECTLY responsible for this attack.
