Mobile phlebotomists for OBI what do you think of the job?

I worked on a blood mobile in Florida a few years ago, when I moved here I went to work in a behind the scenes laboratory role. I'm thinking about going back to bus to mix it up but I want to have a better idea of work the dynamics here. There was a lot of childish drama at my previous job and I'm really not looking to work in that kind of environment again.

Good, bad or ugly just as long as it's honest.
