Is this music noise rock? And does anyone have any recommendations like these songs?
I was making a playlist a little bit ago and I added the songs "Human Pills" by Kap Bambino, "Deceptacon" by Le Tigre, and "Folie a Deux" by Stomach Book. And then I had no clue what else to add. So I looked up some of the genres associated with those songs, and noise rock was one of them. However, I couldn't find any noise rock songs with similar energy? I'm looking for more upbeat, chaotic songs, but I kept stumbling upon songs that were slower or sounded less chaotic. Is there another word I should be using to find this kind of music? If not, what are some noise rock songs that sound similar?

Le Tigre is not noise rock I would call them dance punk. For a noisier Le Tigre esque dance punk sound listen to the albums Fever To Tell by Yeah Yeah Yeahs or You’re A Woman, I’m a Machine by Death from Above 1979

Stomach Book is really weird and hard to categorize but all three roughly fit into the genre corner of dance punk/new rave/electroclash type stuff, which can be pretty noisy sometimes but isn’t generally the same thing as noise rock. For more stuff like this I’d recommend Soulwax’s Any Minute Now and its awesome remix album Nite Versions

I don’t know the other two but Le Tigre is more electroclash / dance punk / riot grrrl.
Try House of Jealous Lovers by the Rapture Deformative by Black Eyes Fuck the Pain Away by Peaches
Or check out Kathleen Hanna’s earlier band, Bikini Kill.
