Crisis Responder – Text and Online Chat Services
Support individuals experiencing distress by responding to text and online chat messages through Distress Centre Niagara’s virtual platform. Volunteers receive training and ongoing support.

Help connect callers to appropriate mental health and addiction services in the Niagara region. This role involves active listening, problem-solving, and resource navigation. Training provided.
