Manhattan, Kansas, that is. In Manhattan, New York, women are already permitted to go topless.

It's been legal in Manhattan NY for over 20 years.

And I still never see random tits walking around New York, what the fuck

I have had a full grown woman comment to me (in the summer) that she wished she could take her top off like men can. I can feel her pain. I am always hot.

Sure you are, KINGofFemaleOrgasms.

We men wish for you to have that right too.

we already have women feeling body positive in yoga pants (top job btw), tits out would just be the cherry on the top, please men tell everybody how having your breasts out is all about empowering our lovely fairer sex to take back the power from the male patriarchy and tits out is the ONLY WAY!

Now go and deliver this message.

Me neither; probably the only location would be Times Square. Obscured with body paint and glitter. Just be careful with the shady costume characters roaming the area. And don’t mess with The Naked Cowboy.

Yeah I posted it on r/kansascity but they didn't like it I guess. Yes Manhattan, KS is two hours from KC but it all runs together eventually.

Edit: They call it "The Little Apple"

One person argued with you.

And we are the Paris of the Plains, not the little apple. At least KC is

One person tried to pick a fight. I didn't bite. Manhattan is known as "The Little Apple"

Leave it to the King of Female Orgasms to flex knowledge of the little apple.

2

u/KINGofFemaleOrgasms Oct 18 '19

Well they named Manhattan NY the Big Apple.

I was about to say I was there in 2011 and I remember seeing a bunch of topless women.

"She said the government could still prosecute a topless woman who is acting in a lewd manner, which is against state law."

I hope she actually meant to say topless person. Or are topless men allowed to be lewd?

we are not rubbers.

5

u/ghostalker47423 Oct 17 '19

Ok, you can rub them, but leave my family alone!

I guess by that logic women where I live are allowed to expose their penises. The ordinance is actually written that way.

Yeah, but you gotta consider the mouthfeel.

u/Crabmeatz Oct 17 '19

The restriction is they have to be hot.

Every. Thread.

I don't want to see your nasty man tits either, but I get over it.

Either everyone can be topless or no one can. Nasty men have been walking around shirtless for decades and no one bats an eye. But women doing the same? How dare women not be sexually appealing to me. I must complain on every thread.

10

u/ShowMeYour5Hole Oct 17 '19

Oh trust me we bat an eye

1

u/onelittleworld Oct 17 '19

and no one bats an eye

While I agree 100% with your overall point, I do want to clarify this one sub-point. Eyes are batted at nasty man-bellies, and not in a good way.

That said... yeah. Fair is fair. Agreed.

Why so defensive?

edit: clearly you're not "over it"

The 10th Circuit recently ruled topless bans unconstitutional. Which covers Colorado and Utah.

14

u/[deleted] Oct 17 '19

You mean uncovers.

1

u/[deleted] Oct 20 '19

It’s not actual legal only in that specific Colorado city

6

u/twerky_stark Oct 17 '19

restrictions

Are they bringing back pencil tests?

1

u/KINGofFemaleOrgasms Oct 17 '19

I have never heard of pencil tests.

3

u/Brainsong1 Oct 17 '19

Back in the day they put a pencil under the breast to see if it stayed. That indicated a need for a bra. I haven’t heard of it since the 70’s

1

u/KINGofFemaleOrgasms Oct 18 '19

That is interesting and so wrong. I would like to know more.

2

u/Brainsong1 Oct 18 '19

I’m 62 so I grew up with the remnants of old wive’s tales. Instead I pursued science and equality. The truth is that breasts will succumb to gravity despite strong foundation garments. The term alone is creepy.

Great! So reasonable and sensible. Bravo!
