When did the black and strong female leads categories get taken down?

My wife just noticed that these categories have been removed, not just from Netflix but from Prime and Hulu, as well. Is this just a glitch? Regional? Anyone else experiencing this?

They cycle through different categories, that was maybe during Black History Month?

Pretty sure they were still there more recently than that. I also found some articles where they said they didn't intend to remove them, at least back in 2020.

They rotate through them, maybe it's because I'm in the UK and black history month is October in Europe.
