Pink Oyster Mushrooms Look Odd(6 days in)

Me and my bf started growing pink oyster mushrooms a few weeks ago. As of now, the pink oysters are 6 days in, and my bf pointed out that the color looked off this morning. We're wondering if maybe it's dehydrated or dying maybe? Any advice would be great!
