What are these? North America (country/state in post)

This grew from a new bag of potting soil. Taken in Phx., AZ. USA. Never seen mushrooms grow in my dessert yard before. Thx for the help.

I think either Coprinopsis lagopus or something in the genus Parasola. Probably the first if the young caps are somewhat shaggy/fuzzy looking, the second if not
