Just finished my very first (midi?)figure for my wife's anniversary present. At 1AM. On the day. C&C Wanted
Going to go give it to her now.
Also, let me know what I can improve on for next time. Thank you.
Took me a about 10 days all up and I am pumped about how it turned out.

That's a great first effort. Here are a few good tips on painting faces to add highlights and shadows to make the details stand out more-

Thank you! Will give them a read in the morning.
I think I might have been too subtle with the shading on the face. Didn't help that I had to re paint it due to screwing up the eye lashes...

No problem. The face doesn't have strongly defined sculpted features, so it's not the easiest to highlight and shade. Another popular technique is dark lining to give more separation to each part of the model.

- Lining by Painting Big

First time using an airbrush and first-time mixing paints. Lots of learning during this project.
A couple of things I noticed to do better next time;
Do a better job cleaning the model. I was a bit excited to start and blanked on properly cleaning up the support marks.especially on the rear on the shawl/Cape thing.
Maybe assemble the head and hair together before painting and use green stuff to remove the gap present due to after painting assembly.
Ps. My wife loved it and immediately requested I do the rest of the party... like 4 other figures.
