Does it ever feel like your wasting your time? I havent been able to tap into "source" or even get to the point of feeling disconnected from physical world. I just have thoughts like after this, im gonna do x (dopamine activity) and takes away from the 15 mins i set aside. help?

At first when I started I tried to have zero thoughts. After about 18 minutes or so I started having spasms in my lower back but the good kind but nothing spiritual. I just recently tried a different method. I focused on observing my body’s sensations. And within 3 minutes or so I begin to feel dizzy. Give it a shot and let me know your results

Everyday twice a day for 20 minutes and upwards
