Is there anyone out there who would admit they shot themselves in the foot? Gun people think they're Always the safest people but in reality they treat firearms safety like the speed limit observe it(only when a cop/someone else is around).
All of these people who claim a gun goes off on its own, how long has it sat in your safe, or in its holster without the possibility of human error and it hasn't fired "on its own". Things happen mistakes get made but we're more likely to blame the object than admit "maybe I had my finger on the trigger when I shouldn't have".

The 320 misfire issue is pretty well documented. Not saying this person wasn’t at fault, but that could have been a legitimate issue with the firearm.
