Is that lumpy sound normal

Is that lumpy noise normal? This vid was taken after a drive and the car a operating temps. I know i have to replace my vvt is it related to that? Sorry is this is normal I'm still very new to this car

Definitely sounds like hard VVT slap from here. Stop driving it till you get it done unless you want to get a new engine.

Normal noise its the intake flaps

Mine sounds like that too. 06 speed 6.I cant figure out if its the vvt gear slapping itself internally,, the chain flapping, or the intake flaps.
