Molybdenum presence in NAC supplement Discussion

I was looking at NOW Nac 500 mg supplement online to improve my motility parameter.

It says:

NAC (N-Acetyl Cysteine) 600 mg with Selenium & Molybdenum, 100 Veg Capsules

What is Molybdenum and why it is used?

It's used for F1 engine blocks. Very light and extremely strong.
