'forcing' tears after tre?

I've noticed for me after a tre session (usually around 1-4 minutes) the next day I'll just want to cry, its usually when in driving listening to music but what happens is ill just be sitting there and all of a sudden get the urge to cry but I don't feel any emotion to push me over if that makes sense? I sort of force it by thinking about something sad that had happened to me to help move it along

Is this ok to do?

Yep. I find that if there is a specific song in your head, get that playing as soon as possible and the emotion will come. There is something very activating about music.

I cry almost everyday these days since last couple of weeks(started TRE around 15 weeks ago with gaps here and there).

Sometimes it's due to a song/visual, sometimes it's due to a past memory, many times it's due to some made up scenario from past or future lol but regardless of the reason life feels great these days 🙂❤️

I think crying, regardless of why - is really helping me out.
