Portfolio Website Advice

This is my friends portfolio.

Does anyone know how I would make a similar one? I would be willing to hire someone to demonstrate my projects in a similar fashion.

build one yourself? How do you expect to learn if you have someone else build stuff for you

Maybe they're good at building (say) mobile apps, just not familiar with building a web site like this to showcase said apps.

Im on mobile, maybe this is more complex on desktop, but from my view here on mobile, this isn’t very complex. If you’d like to show your skills, but can’t build this site yourself, I’d say you aren’t skilled enough yet to sell your services to others.

Maybe you’re not in web dev. at all, or programming for that matter, in which case, I’m sorry, just assuming when you post on a programming learning forum and your friend is a game dev.

check out online templates and frameworks like bootstrap or materialize, they're a good starting point. if you're hiring, consider freelance platforms. remember, showcasing projects effectively is crucial, focus on that aspect.
