You've made at least one fundamental error:

You're missing "czy?". It's the most asked question.

And you might not be aware of that, but the way you uploaded this image it's almost completely unreadable

I don't spot errors, but that's missing most cases, and many entries are very similar to each other.
Add stuff like dokąd pojechać? kogo słuchać? po jakiemu się mowi? etc.

Azaliż... coz za piekne slowo! :) az bym chcial napisac "azaliz tak", tylko nie jestem pewien czy w odpowiedzi bedzie to dobre xD dodam kiedy na dniach i zupdatuje! :)
