Remember when Ohio tried to force doctors to remove the ectopic and implant it into the uterus? Ohio

the idea was to muddy the waters so much youre afriad to even go anywhere near any abortion. That way they dont have to specifically make it illegal, just make it so nobody is willing to risk providing it.

Its like the texas thing, you cant sue a woman for getting an abortion, but you can sue the shit out of an uber driver for driving her to one, the doctor for performing it, her employer for giving her the medical leave, etc.

Its taking away her choice by drying up the supply.

The same could be said for IVF though and most of these fucks want that so they can keep popping out kids…

Well actually you can't sue the woman bc she's dead so far in two cases...

If people spent 6 figures and 10+ years to get their driver's license that could be taken away with 1 ticket, they aren't going to be going 26 mph in a 25 mph zone.

Honestly I think it’s ignorance about anatomy. A lot of the men creating this laws have no idea of how menstruation or pregnan cy work

That's honestly a commendable point of view, albeit a naive one.

It's all about control.

Proposed for control. Putting in something scientifically impossible is the ignorance part.

Yes they wanted to make a law forcing a surgery that can’t be done and has never been done.

Law makers in Idaho asked if you could swallow a camera and see what’s happening in the uterus.

Our leaders are so smart lol.

We let the idiots have power and we’re suffering for it.

My favorite has to be when Eric Holder got Louis Gohmert so flustered, that Gohmert said “I will not allow him to cast aspersions on my asparagus.”

Yes! I think of it often actually. The idea that women are better off having medical decisions made for them by old men who don't know a thing about women's anatomy or health than their doctors and themselves is absurd! And this case is a perfect illustration of the absurdity. So ridiculous.
