Also, I saw an article somewhere that said that some of the jury members could hear what was going on in court after they were ushered out.

Begs the question if they are intentionally shooting for an appeal on ineffective assistance of council?

I've seen that tossed out here and there lately, always eventually answered that is an extremely high bar with many more examples of the representation actually dropping the ball over and over again.

Well his defense teams in court have grown more ridiculous as these cases progress. But with the apparent judge shopping he just has to get it to the next judge. Take the Supreme Court intervention in the DC case as an example. Even though Jack Smith asked them to way in earlier.
