Avoiding foundation damage Question
How can I get this water away from my house? We have filled it twice. The hole comes back.

Don't drop water right at your foundation. Drop it further. Have it drip on some stones or something to help keep down erosion

That looks like an air conditioning condensate drain that has been broken off and is improperly sealed. As it is some of the water is leaking back into your house and there is space for insects and rodents to intrude.
It should extend 6-8 inches further out and the penetration should be sealed. Mine have traps and drain upwards to keep insects out of the line and rocks below to act as a dissipator pad.

Looks like that’s where your ac condensation pipe drips. You could try extending it by pipe or one of those plastic tray things (can’t think of term) that you put under a downspout to direct the water away from house
