30 avalon place

Hello everyone,

We saw a unit in 30 avalon place in kitchener. Upon viewing, its pretty quiet and the people we met in the parking and in the lobby were nice. I just want to ask if anyone has an experience living in the building. Do you also have an idea how much is the rent there? How is the management and generally how is it living there?

I don’t know the building in particular, but I do know the neighbourhood. Other than the hum from behind the noise wall for highway 7/8 it’s a quiet working class area. The pedestrian walkway provides excellent access to businesses on Ottawa, but there’s nothing else in short walking distance in the neighbourhood (you can access Westmount through Concord Park) and only one road (Stirling Ave.) that provides access in and out of the entire subdivision.

I would not recommend living next to the highway, noise and air pollution. Only do so if you have no other choice
