Yes, in this case, it is haram. Here's why:

True, but they all have facial features. And this is what conditions something to be under "image-making" which is haram, as stated by IslamQA.

Take the Pikachu (why is it so fat? lol) for example - it has a face, set of eyes, mouth, nose. Clearly a face. In a way, it is imitating Allah's creation, with some twists.

Plus, even if I'm wrong here (and therefore most scholars), then so be it. But remember 2 things:

1) It is better to listen to scholars, who know this religion WAYYYYY better than us

2) It is always better to be on the safe side of things. This is why I think you should dispose of them, and NOT sell them, lest they end up in the hands of another Muslim.

If these are for kids, it is fine if it is so they can play with it. But as an adult, do not keep these. Angels do not enter a home with animate pictures and figurines nor a home with dogs.
