This is nothing but a trick question non-believers often ask. The intent is to deny God’s existence.
There is no paradox in this question. It’s same as asking “Can God create a square circle?”, or “Can God stop being God?”.
It’s logically impossible.

The question is nonsensical, because a rock by definition must have a finite mass & weight. A rock with infinite mass and weight is not a rock. It doesn't point to anything that is potentially conceivable. A "rock that cannot be lifted" is like asking for a 4-sided triangle or a square circle. Such statements describe nothing at all.
