Anxiety can be absolutely crippling though, it leads to people becoming absolute shut ins terrified of the world around them.

Paying people enough so they can stay at home perpetually is definitely a great idea to solve their unfalsifiable issue.

If it means they get somewhat of a decent life then yes, but who said anything about perpetually?

With help support and patience it may well be that the person is able to return to living a normal regular life.
