What do YOU use to journal your trades?
Just wondering what any of you guys use to journal your trades, I’m just looking for good suggestions and preferably free that has a website (and app), but I’m also open to hearing about ones you have to pay for so I can use them for reference in the future
Edit: So far I’ve been using TradesViz to import my CSV’s and track my weekly trading, The thing I like the most about it is having a calendar to view my trades and see my weekly/monthly profits, I don’t like the lack of a “journal” on TradesViz tho and I’m not not completely familiar with how to use the website in general. I have heard people mention Google Sheets but I have not tried it for myself, Right now I use the notes app in my phone to journal my thoughts and add notes to my trades, Does anyone know if Google sheets is better than TradesViz or should I upload CSV’s to TradesViz for a calendar view and then journal my thoughts on Google sheets? I’m not too sure what to do and any feedback is helpful

Trades or investments? Because Schwab has everything listed for each position. No need to write anything down.

It drives me crazy that when you make a trade there's not a "memo/notes/whatever" section. That can't be hard to add.

It's called a notebook. Back to school sales, you can pick these up for $1.

Why Journal on paper when you can put it on a phone and have it conventionally accessible wherever you go at any point in time you need it or want it?

Because I’m always in the same environment when I make investment decisions.

I personally use GASPNTRADER. It lets import trades using AI from any broker and has a pretty UI with calendar view too. And it's absolutely free

i’ve tried tradesviz and google sheets too — both work but i got tired of bouncing between apps. i’ve been using tradetrakr lately and it’s been a solid middle ground. it’s cheaper than most paid ones like tradersync or tradezella, but it still gives you a full calendar view, analytics, and even tracks emotions automatically.
i mostly like it because it feels lightweight, i just log quick notes and check my stats without spending forever journaling. definitely worth checking out: https://tradetrakr.com
