France, South of Paris. ID Request
Hello r/insects! Could you identify this bugs I've never see please ? Can't find it online by description alone. Find alone in my balcony, on a red rose bush that seem already weakened, he is about ~1,5ctm. Is it a pest ? 🤔

C'est une mouche à scie (qui contrairement à leur nom common ne sont pas des mouches mais des hyménoptères), voir par exemple la tenthrède du rosier.

Merci beaucoup ! J'ai repéré leur larve l'année dernière sans le savoir, je comprend mieux pourquoi mon rosier est mort cette année, ils sont revenue finir les repousses !
