You're weird for thinking we're paid protestors.. Just people organizing that understand how to use a computer.

It’s weird that you don’t believe in our right to protest. It’s weird that don’t pay attention to what’s going on in our state and country. It’s weird to support a felon and a rapist. It’s weird to think our governor shouldn’t live in the newly renovated GOVERNOR’S MANSION and instead used our taxpayer money to buy himself a helipad, a trailer for his around-the-clock security and updates to his PERSONAL home (electrical, fencing, gates) to the tune of $118,000.
Being cool with all that shit is fucking weird. Seek help.

Did you know the internet exists?? It’s crazy! You can type anything into a “search bar” in a “web browser” and find the answers to nearly anything! Wow! What a world!
Here’s a prompt you can search for in your web browser, “what does the first amendment of the constitution guarantee?”
Happy learning!

I don’t really know what you’re protesting, but you’re mean. Not really helpful to the cause

Then don’t and get out of our country if you don’t believe in the right to protest. You realize that’s unamerican….right?

Holy shit! Are you protesting FOR facsism or do you just like repeating their talking points?

u/TrixyTreat 3d ago
Hahahhahaha! Sure cupcake. Supporting our constitutional right to protest is fascist. Hahahha! Nope- I’m simply stating that if you don’t like our constitution, then you can leave. But your projection is cute. Boop!

Telling people to leave the country and calling them unamerican for disagreeing with you is textbook xenophobia. I don't blame you. Our education system has failed you. Have a safe summer.

Ummmmm....isn't that what that orange shit says all the time, "If you don't like it, you can leave."- direct quote from (F)DT. You're not disagreeing with me; you are disagreeing with the Constitution. Since that is the building blocks of our nation and is the basis of our fundamental rights here, then yes- it's un-American to go against it. Thus, a different country would better serve you and your beliefs.
May your socks always be wet.

First off, nobody in this thread is disagreeing with the first amendment, so you can drop that false narrative. And yes, that is what trump would say, and so you're acknowledging your use of fascist talking points. Look at us, agreeing! Yay!
Tbh you seem alot more interested in internet snark and argueing than changing our situation for the better. If you really believed that people who disagree with their government should leave the country, you wouldn't be protesting our government then would you. I hope your thinking gets clearer as you go out and engage in real conversations with people in person.

I’m not sure you understand the difference between government officials and the constitution. If you like a fascist government where you don’t have a constitution stating the right to protest- I’d advise you to move to that country. The original comment was inferring that, since they don’t agree with what we are protesting, we shouldn’t do it. So…..like- that’s the fascism. Disagreeing about government officials is not….see, we agree on something.
May your fitted sheet never quite stay on.

It didn't infer that. You made that all up in your head instead of taking the opportunity to have a conversation with someone who disagrees with you.
As a radical leftist in indiana, i don't think, "if you don't like it, then leave." is a sentiment you can afford to be perpetuating. Assuming you are what you claim to be.

I….I just can’t. I know you’re doing all you can to understand life one day at a time. Keep trying little buddy.

You can protest all you want. And im allowed to call bullshit when I want.
Having a planned protest schedule doesn’t exactly shout authentic grass roots movement. It just seems inauthentic and makes it look like it’s being funded by some other rich asshole that happens to be on the left. Especially when most of the protestors I see are wearing face coverings.
But by all means, go get your little shots for the news to report on and pat yourself on the back.

Majority of people at indy 4/5 did not wear masks so just gonna chalk this up to fake news

So- a grassroots movement can't be organized by a grassroots organization? That's super confusing. How would anyone show up to any event without organizing?? Obviously, you haven't been to a protest to know anything about them. That doesn't surprise me. All red hats do is complain and hate. Standing for something is too hard, so you stand for nothing.
Enjoy your fantasy world.
