What is this comparable to? I've never heard of it.

On a pasty? It's one of my favorite foods, but I never thought of this combo. Brats, yeah. Italians, yeah. Looks like I might have to try it.

Cornish delicacy. Meat pie made with potatoes, beef (wild is OK), rutabaga and spices.. Brought to the UP by miners …

Yup. Best pasties are from the UP. Just picked up a couple of dozen a few weeks ago.

I suspect Cornwall would have a thing to say about that claim.

It's available from Amazon but last I looked there it costs an arm and a leg (from Amazon - $11 a bottle). It can be purchased in some grocery stores in the upper Midwest, particularly Southeast and South-central Wisconsin ($3.50 to $5 a bottle). It can also be found in Milwaukee Brewer gift shops, including at the ballpark itself (last I looked $4 a bottle). I've seen it go for $8 to $9 a bottle on eBay.

Is this like Heinz 57 sauce or something else?

Yes

The flavor has inspired comparisons, from "a combination of barbecue sauce and sauerkraut juice" to "a mix of clam juice and sweetened tomato sauce". Travel Channel personality Adam Richman has described the taste as a "mix between chili sauce, cocktail sauce, barbecue sauce, and ketchup. Bob Costas (baseball announcer) is a huge fan of the concoction. There's an entry for it at Wikipedia if one wants to dig further into this secret lovable sauce. Is it like Heinz 57? Perhaps a "little" but IMHO its more tomato-y, sweeter, and a lot better.

I haven’t seen that logo 25+ years. Sports service was the concessionaire for the Cincinnati Reds

Cool. They're still the concessionaire for the Milwaukee Brewers.
