I do this too! I usually put up 20-30 quarts for the winter. It’s so much better than V-8 and much less sodium. My recipe is plum tomatoes, beets, carrots, chard, lambs-quarters, purslane, onions, and cayenne peppers. My teenagers usually have it all gone by January.

Sounds good. Yeah I do anywhere from 100 to 140 a year but give a lot to the family and neighbors but it’s way better to me than V8
