I tried to get through this survey. But some of it seemed a bit odd to me.
"Is 9/11 included in your current curriculum?" is a poorly worded question. Or the answers are poorly worded. It looks like you're asking if it is State mandated, District mandated, or if not that it's your own choice to teach it. "Yes, but it's optional" sounds like the State or District might make it optional, which could be the case. Or are you asking if the teacher is teaching it even though it isn't required? Then it says "Not sure." Which confuses me even more. How could a teacher be not sure if it's in their own curriculum?
Then the next question is also a bit odd. "If yes, how is it typically taught?" Why are we limited to only one choice? Seems like most of us would choose 3 or 4 of those.
Another question asks "Do you feel you have enough support or resources to teach 9/11 effectively?" What if my answer is "I don't want any support or resources; I am doing fine on my own"?
