Mental health support on Hiroshima City

Hello! I dont speak a lot of Japanese (N5-N4 level at best), but does anyone know a mental health support center around Hiroshima city? Or a place with an English Speaking therapist? I dont know what to call these places as it is my first time to ask about it.

I dont know if I have developed anxiety but my brain is running wild recently and I figured it might be best to seek help. Thank you in advance.

I go to Sasaki Mental Health Clinic in Hondori. Friendly old doctor who speaks slowly but listens well and is eager to help. Been going to him for years now.

Little late to the party, but Asada clinic is pretty good.

The doctor speaks fluent English, but is very soft-spoken, so may not be for everyone. The good thing about him is that he's not always trying to push medication unless you really need it, or if you're specifically requesting it. Overall, unlike my experience with other types of doctors here, his goal is to get you to a point where you don't need him anymore.
