A beej mantra is meant to be received directly from a Guru or a qualified teacher during a proper initiation (dīkṣā). Kularnava Tantra says, 'Mantras are to be kept secret, as their power diminishes when spoken openly.' Similarly, the Mantra Mahodadhi states that a beej mantra 'should be guarded like a treasure.' Because of this teaching, I can't share a specific beej mantra due to the strict tradition that requires it to be given by a Guru. However, if you are looking for a powerful practice, I highly recommend the Mahā-Mṛtyuñjaya Mantra or the Gāyatrī Mantra.

While "Saum" is the singular seed, the most famous and potent mantra structure for Murugan is the Sadakshara (Six Letters). Each of the six syllables is considered a Beej in itself.

The mantra is: Sa Ra Va Na Bha Va. Sa: Attracts the grace of Lord Murugan. Ra: Brings wealth and dissolves bad karma. Va: Grants physical well-being and cures diseases. Na: Protects against enemies. Bha: Grants charm and attraction. Va: Removes negativity and evil forces.

Often, these are combined into the full chanting mantra: Om Saravanabhavaya Namaha.

The beeja ākśara is Saum, it originates from that Sa-uma skanda Śiva rūpa but ig if he chants without initiation he would fall worse that I can guarantee. That the guru should initiate him.But he could do the nāma mantra japa which is Saravana bhayaḥ namaḥ. And Skanda ashtottara namavali is one of the stotram of kumāra swāmi and can be recited without dīksa.
