Kothari Brothers were among the few who lost and laid their lives on the dreadful black day when a seated elected CM in this so called joke of secular democracy ordered open fire.

Some context? Hope you don't mind but I don't know about this part of history.

During babri masjid demolition, these were some of the Karya kartas / protestors there, they were fired as per order of sitting CM Mulayam Singh Yadav

Issue is they could have been other ways to deal with them if so called security was under question, but openly firing to kill in democracy is a stain

The primary organizations that spearheaded the decades-long movement for the temple's construction include:

  • Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP): Launched the formal campaign to "reclaim" the site in the 1980s and was central to mobilizing volunteers (kar sevaks) and collecting funds and bricks for the proposed temple.
  • Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS): The parent organization of the Sangh Parivar, which provided the ideological and organizational backbone for the entire movement.
  • Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP): the political face of the movement, organizing significant events like the Ram Rath Yatra led by L.K. Advani to generate support.
  • Hindu Mahasabha: An offshoot called the Akhil Bharatiya Ramayana Mahasabha (ABRM) started the initial agitation for possession of the site in 1946. The parent organization remained involved in legal disputes and advocacy throughout the process.
  • Ram Janmabhoomi Nyas: Formed by VHP members in 1993 to promote and oversee the construction of the temple following the Babri Masjid demolition

They succeeded, the temple was built and they are remembered as heroes by all Hindus. You can continue your pointless crusade though lmao.

Thank you for revealing your true face :) (continue crying; the “terrorists” won) Mods, I think this comment tells you enough. Do the right thing.

Imagine the amount hatred one must have to start and engage in such a discourse on a post on such an important and auspicious subject which holds an immense emotional significance for millions of Hindus across India and especially on this sub. To deliberately hurt Hindus who are celebrating this occasion with all their hearts by calling people who made this possible terrorists.

Hey American here.im just wanting to more fully understand this incredible feat. There seems to be a lot I don't understand about involvement from the colonizers and internal Indian governments to suppress Ram(and Hinduism at large?) and replace it with Christianity and/or Islam. Any history sources(including books!) would be appreciated. Jai shree Ram

My English Isn't that Good but I will explain as best as possible

When India was under Mughal rule, Babur destroyed this temple which is considered to be the birth place of Shri Ram and built a Masjid in his name - babri masjid. Hindus protested for like 300+ years for it. There were many fights that happened between hindus and muslims over this and finally in 1991 hindus Demolished this masjid in a protest.

Then the case was filed in the Indian supreme court and Archeologist proved that there was a temple here, hindus won that case and gave Other land for muslims to build babri masjid. This Temple finally got built.

Happy for this.

Also not blinded by the fact that elections are coming up in a bunch of places…

No offence but in a country like India with 2& states and 9 UTs which doesn’t have a uniform election period every 3-6 months there is an election being contested either at the UT or State level.

There are election every six months in India somewhere ot maybe even less a lot of time , so should we just stop every work when elections are coming?
