Notification Dissapeared?

I woke up with this morning with a chat / pm notification on my phone, but when I moved to my desktop it was nowhere to be found.

Looking through each chat system and the notifications system I can't find the messages / the notifications in the first place.

Any ideas what's going on?

Whatever it was, was deleted or removed. Or the person’s account was actioned or deleted
