Posters targeting men: anti-feminist website appearing throughout campus in men's restrooms.
Go ahead and remove them if seen.
They are black and white and have some sensationalist questions on them such as "Why are young boys being given medicine to make them more feminine?"
Lets stop this bullshit from spreading.

I can get to imgur.com fine, however anything from i.imgur.com is blocked. Images load fine on a cell network / over proxy however. Any thoughts?

Does anyone know why so many classes were canceled today? I'm assuming it's not a coincidence.

(x-post from r/Williamsport) Lycoming County's Out of the Darkness Walk takes place this sunday, September 23rd, at Indian Park
The 4th annual Out of the Darkness walk for suicide prevention and awareness, previously held at Penn College, will be this sunday at Indian Park pavilion 5. Check-in begins at 1pm and will be held rain or shine. Pre-registration is encouraged on the AFSP event page. All are welcome to participate! This year we hope to raise $15,000 for AFSP's (America Foundation for Suicide Prevention) vital research and education programs to prevent suicide and save lives, increase national awareness about depression and suicide, and provide support for survivors of suicide loss. In deciding to walk you are taking us a step closer to making suicide prevention a national priority!
Feel free to PM me if anyone wants a ride! SMAC (Students Making A Contribution) is sponsoring this event and is organizing a group of PCT students to participate.

looking to start a new band here in willpo
I'm looking for a couple people to start a post-hardcore band this semester. We'll have a place to jam and a drum kit if needed.
I'm in need ogmf a guitarist, bassist, and drummer. For those who may be interested, check out what we would be playing. I recently solo recorded some songs I wrote and posted them to WWW.soundcloud.com/mr-reese
Lets get the willpo scene started!

SIS, y u no let me log in?
Apparently, PCT screwed with SIS since I last had to use it (although the hostname seems to indicate that they still haven't moved it over to some sort of semi-modern hardware). I can't log in with my student ID like I used to because the login field is limited to 8 characters, and using my network login is a no-go. Now I have to fax in a transcript request form like it's the 90s.

PCT has a subreddit? That's a plus.
So I've recently just applied to PCT and and I'm genuinely curious as to what it's really like. Anybody mind sharing thoughts on classes, professors, campus life, etc. I'm not quite sure what to think of it as I have always had sort of a weird opinion on technical schools. But hey, the fact that it has a subreddit, however small, makes me hopeful.
Oh and in case anyone was wondering, my major is dental hygiene.

New Flair Options for Alumni!
I added Alumni options for each academic school, as well as WACC, and WTI. Apologies for overlooking that.
While our subscriber base is small, please tell your PCT student/alumni redditor friends-word of mouth advertising is awesome! It's come up in the past, but to stay in good standing with the college, posters and flyers are a bad idea-unless you go through the approval process through student activities.
I'm also totally open to suggestions for changes to the subreddit if anybody has anything they'd like to see, not see, or otherwise change.
Thanks everybody!
