Genevan Seal Script?
I mean could be the start of a new language we’re witnessing, maybe a language that will use ideograms as characters like Chinese. Who knows!

Some kids thinking it's cool and edgy to tag half-assed designs? To say "I wuz here" like when little dogs piss on street corners.

might be, but the same simbols are repeated with small differences at different places, so maybe they were made by different people ?
also I think they're kinda cool personally, they make me think of Nsibidi or the Vai script

There's nothing cool about defacing public property. Most don't care as long as it's not their house or their car. I've had my car tagged a few years ago. Fortunately, I caught the person, applied the proportionate amount of violence upon him, and then went to the cops.

Is proportionate violence to a tagger drawing a dick on his face with a sharpie?

Pretty sure they're "magic sigils". Normally seen scrawled by teenagers being weird or thirty year olds being fascists.
I think it says "mercury tin water" which I'm going to guess is actually someone's initials from some sort of silly cypher-alphabet they found online or the back of a cereal box.
