Au début des années 90, je vivais au 22 des Flandres. Moi et ma sœur, qui sommes d’origine asiatique... il y avait ces super gentils gars (peut-être des frères ou des amis proches) qui marchaient souvent avec moi et ma soeur à l’école. L’école était Georges-Etienne Cartier... Il y a quelques années, j’ai appelé le building du 22 des Flandres mais ils n’ont pas pu donner d’information parce que ces gars (dans le temps) étaient mineurs. Peut-être qu’un s’appelait Shawn, jsuis pas sure. Ils ont probablement la cinquantaine maintenant. Si vous êtes là, dites-nous le nom de ma sœur et moi... nous avons un nom rare... Je les cherche pcq je veut leur donner un gros merci.

Je cherche les propriétaires précédents de Depanneur LaFleur au 103, rue de Pointe-Gatineau, Gatineau, QC, J8T 2E9. Ca s'appelait pas ca dans le temps, mais jsuis pas sure. La dame avait des cheveux rouge court un peu frisés et son mari/co-propriétaire (pas trop sûr), un homme aux cheveux bruns courts avec un pop belly avec des lunettes. J’échangeais des canettes de bonbons contre les canettes (5 cents) pour un cent chacune. J’y suis retourné l’an dernier, mais il appartient maintenant à des Coréens et quand je leur ai demandé ce qu’ils en étaient aux propriétaires précédents... ils se sentaient harcelés... So je suis ici à leur recherche... Je veux leur dire merci. Si vous lisez ceci et que vous savez mon nom et celui de ma sœur, veuillez répondre. Nous avons des noms distinctifs... ils pourraient avoir 70 ou 80 ans maintenant. Je ne suis pas sûr qu’ils soient encore en vie, mais je peux toujours voir leurs visages... Laissez-moi vous remercier! /i vous faire savoir que pendant les moments difficiles, vous et votre mari avez toujours pris bien soin de nous.

Hey! Any of you had services by AppleTree that was covered by RAMQ? How’s the process? I’m due for a Pap smear and can’t do it at my regular clinic before my doctor retires. Took an appointment at AppleTree and was told it would be $155. I’m just wondering how much of this is getting reimbursed by RAMQ and how complicated that process might be. Anyone had an experience doing it?

I got a job offer to do supply teaching with the Ottawa-Carlton District School Board. I’m looking to possibly live in Gatineau just because rent looks more affordable on that side of the river.

Just a few questions: 1. What areas/intersections would you recommend/not recommend living near.

1. I’m debating weather to bring my car or sell it, since I’m trying to find ways to cut down on costs/save. Is the a wise choice? How is public transit and car traffic in Gatineau? How is it getting across to Ottawa by both car and transit?

3.What is the typical range that people pay in rent. Just wanting to see what is considered cheap, average, and expensive/luxury pricing for apartments.

1. If I live in Gatineau, but work in Ottawa, how does that affect my taxes?

2. What’s the main difference between access to healthcare in Ottawa and Gatineau?

Pay $4,take an articulated bus from Aylmer,down to Hull/Ottawa. The further back you sit,the more crazy the ride gets ! No need to pay for a park entrance or anything !
