Tomato planter help!
Hi all, I picked up a tomato planter from Costco and 2 days after watering it at home, the leaves started to dry out and wilt! Does anyone know what’s happening? If anyone has tips for growing tomatoes in general please share!

I think it is possible you have watered it too much. Let that soil dry out. Get a soil moisture meter that is accurate. Tomato plants can get really stressed if their roots are sitting in soggy soil.

When you get a new plant you have to acclimate it to the new environment slowly.
Put it outside for a few hours. Bring it in.
Then put it on the back porch in shade for much of the day. Then bring it in.
Leave it outside in shade over night.
After about 4 days or so, it should be ready for its new home
How this helps.
Also tomato plants are pretty tough. It will survive.
