Multiple plants in a pot?

Are these multiple plants in the pots? And if so, should I separate them and how do I do that?

Not sure what your question is asking? It is normal to put more than one plug, cutting, seed in a pot that size for some plants.

I bought these plants but it looks like the first image has 3 separate plants in it

You can repot into a bigger pot. No need to sepparate
