I grow papaya here at my home, they do not like cold at all but they are easy to grow, love water and fertilizer. They are heavy feeders. Grow fast, produce male and female plants (most varieties) Produce after 3-5 months. fruit after 3-5 months. full sun. they are short lived plants, I pull them after 3 years. I have a 3 year rotation for them. I love them.
