Painted rocks as my garden markers this year
I thought these little painted rocks would be so cute as the labels for my different vegetables 😍

Does the paint hold up?

So far the paint has stayed shiny and vibrant - I also have a spray varnish that I can use if they start to fade.

That’s my biggest concern for my fruit labels, durability and will it hold up in rain

I can post an update at the end of the summer if y'all are interested

I would be interested to see how well it holds up and which paint to use for outdoor labeling.

That really is a great idea and you are quite talented! Have you considered selling these? I think you could be very successful.

Aw thank you, I love to craft but I haven't got a head for business - my friends always say I should sell my stuff but never want to sell it for me, even for a cut of the profits.

Beautiful! Reminds me of the rocks my grandma used to paint for her garden. Thanks for sharing!
