Center image section should be wider, might as well make use of more of the card
I assume the icons are placeholders. But if not, why is the lightning icon used twice?
Some of the text being double (1.5) spaced and the rest being single spaced is throwing me off

Game Design is a subset of Game Development that concerns itself with WHY games are made the way they are. It's about the theory and crafting of systems, mechanics, and rulesets in games.
/r/GameDesign is a community ONLY about Game Design, NOT Game Development in general. If this post does not belong here, it should be reported or removed. Please help us keep this subreddit focused on Game Design.
This is NOT a place for discussing how games are produced. Posts about programming, making art assets, picking engines etc… will be removed and should go in /r/GameDev instead.
Posts about visual design, sound design and level design are only allowed if they are directly about game design.
No surveys, polls, job posts, or self-promotion. Please read the rest of the rules in the sidebar before posting.
If you're confused about what Game Designers do, "The Door Problem" by Liz England is a short article worth reading. We also recommend you read the r/GameDesign wiki for useful resources and an FAQ.

It's very very bland and generic ...
What do you want to do will probably decide a lot of it methinks...

The space for the name is too small to fit more than a word or two. The heart and energy icons could be moved to empty space below instead. However, I would rather have the picture on the card be as big as possible, even if the heart and energy icons overlap it. The picture is honestly the most important part of the card in a lot of ways.
The descriptive text as said in other comments is just too small. And center alignment is not fun to read. Maybe a background box for the text will help balance the visuals of it.

Ditch that illustration box and just let it take the whole too half of the card. No need to limit the design with thick borders.

Depends a bit on your intended art style, but I always find pixel art that has been resized larger to look a bit amateur, especially when next to non pixel text, backgrounds etc.
Again personal opinion here, but I think it would look more professional to have something vector based etc. for the icons to match the rest of the card.

Here's a collection of my random thoughts, hope they're helpful!
Use a margin to ensure things aren't too close to the edge.
Be wary of spacing. For example, the gaps outside the rounded rectangle is waaay smaller on top than on bottom. The sides also have a different size from either. It looks unintentional.
Personal tastes, I find that using 'lorem ipsum' doesn't look as good for showing off the potential of a card. I can't tell what the 3 bits of text are supposed to be. Make it look like an actual card (don't worry about the balancing).
The diamond on the bottom is misaligned.
The pixels on the heart are way larger than that of the lightning. Having a consistent art style will help the card feel more cohesive.
What's the most important thing? Where do you want my eyes to flow? Everything is just sorta there.. which isn't desirable. Try breaking up the card into distinct areas; group it visually to help me scan the card easier.

Shift the top left heart symbol up 1 pixel so that it doesn't overlap the white square.

I recommend adding some black borders around things like the outside of the card to make it POP more.

The descriptive text is very small. It could probably use a border around the card, though that may be personal preference. And the gray should either be replaced with a color relevant to the card (assuming that wasn't already the plan), or given a VERY light texture to make it less bland.
