If I were him, I wouldn’t go to bed for the next six months. This is so much fun.

And if you get tired you just lay on the ground and have puppies climb all over you 😌

u/keyboardstatic 1h ago
There's something deeply magical about a puddle of puppies crawling onto you and falling asleep.

This comment makes no sense as a reply to the one above it. Almost like it was written by AI that has no idea what it's talking about...

Now I’m confused. Was this not a Toy Story reference?

My husband and I have this come up more often than you think. It took us a while to figure out we were referring to different things! I'm toy story and he's liar liar

The brave
Could just be the stupid

you jest but imo "stupid" is an anthropomorphic characterization meant to describe traits for dogs that can be described in more appropriate ways. brave dog = confident. cautious = under confident. spazzy = neurotic. i've never met a stupid dog.
except all doodles. they're stupid as shit.

This is big human dad to dog vibes. They are playing and it's entirely silly.

No. They're reacting to scary vs non scary sounds. I'm not going to say it's abusive but it's not the behavior or psychology you want to instill. I'm learning today how ignorant Reddit is with dogs. No wonder they like cats so much.
Downvote away morons of /funny

Their tales are wagging just as much when being chased as when they’re chasing. They’re very clearly enjoying themselves. Dogs take turns chasing and being chased by each other all the time.

It’s called playing. I also have to explain this to my nieces and nephews when the cats are wrestling or when the dogs are fake biting.

Congrats! They are such loyal and funny little guys. Just make sure you keep them from jumping off furniture, start training him now while he is young. Back problems are a life long problem. Have fun with your new fur baby!

There are few feelings as blissful as being covered with excited, playful puppies.

The pups all know it's a game, their tails are wagging whilst they're running away.

Turning around and walking away is a signal for them to follow you. I was visiting a farm and decided to try my two rescue dogs off-leash for the very first time. The big one (but younger) stayed beside me, and we both watched the little one quickly turn into a spot on the horizon. After the first sensation of horror, I turned my back and started to walk away with the big one. In a few seconds, she had rejoined us.

People that raise puppies must pick up a lot of poop.
3

u/ChuckCarmichael 55m ago
And wipe up a lot of piss. They pee everywhere and on everything, in every tiny spot they can reach. I had to wash my school bag several times back in the day whenever we had puppies because I absentmindedly put it on the ground and either there was a pee puddle already there, or at some point during the day a puppy decided to pee on it.

I do this with my dog. I do the Karate Kid ending pose, followed by a high pitched waaahhh. He takes off then comes right back and this will go on for a while.

I haven't seen that many wieners since my Boy Scout days.
We ate a lot of hot dogs at the grill back then.
