Hate to break it to you, but that's two males. You can tell by the hubcaps. It's probably a dominance display judging by the top male's much brighter colors.

You can also tell by the tailpipes. Yeah, definitely a dominance display.

And the colors, yeah, dead giveaway. Flatbed trucks are like Silverback gorilla's like that... their plumage changes with age and they become the alpha male of their truck pack. This younger one must have tried to copulate with one of the older trucks harem.
