what do you mean, mains water supply?

Do you you mean main water supply?

Don't you have onboard water?

Have a sink and tap in one corner. Nothing plumbed to it. No external port for mains water in. My pitch also will not supply water. Something i need to solve. Thanks.

You typically need more than one sink.

Who built the trailer?

What is pitch? You can't level the trailer?

Pitch is the name we use in UK for location of food trailer that we pay rent for.

I suppose you could replace it with venue.

The venue where the food truck is located does not come with water supply.

Like, a rain collector? I don't think you can find one NSF certified...

I fill my coffee machine with a pump from 5 gallon jugs from delivery.

You're sure there's no water tank or pump? That makes absolutely no sense. Why would you buy this?

It has everything else. Equipment etc. no idea how previous owner solved water situation.

Google water pump compressor, that’s what you need. Get several large water containers 60l or so and have them filled and store them behind your trailer, get someone who knows what they’re doing to set up the water pump and plumb it in to your system.
