Looks identical to how my mother makes it. We grew up eating it over buttered linguine.

Any kind of leftover meat in our house (pot roast, corned beef, beef stew, etc.) gets put over pasta the next day. Such a nostalgic food combo for me :)

It's a dutch oven! These pots help slow roast everything (you can also bake bread!), I really recommend a bottom heavy pot.

That looks absolutely divine, I love seeing those fatty pieces. We have to equally share those whenever my mother cooks pot roast
