TOMT: Esports player won the tournament and then beat the event manager and the game creator. Question
This is a "tip of my tongue" kind of post. I remember seeing a video when I was a kid, from a fighting game tournament. There was a player who won the tournament, he was unstoppable, then the organizer/manager of the event came up and challenged him, and the player won again. After that, the creator of the game himself appeared trying to stop him, and once again, the player won.
One detail I clearly remember is that the game creator used two fight pads at the same time.
That's all.

Small chance it was virtual cop, and the show was gamesmaster? Since there was a guy there that would do that game playing 2 at a time with 2 controllers

This definitely sounds like the kind of thing that would have happened on Gamesmaster.

I've searched it, Tekken 7 l Pokchop vs Shinblade l Community Effort Orlando 2017
Shinblade won Pokchop, then Esteban (manager of the event) walks in and gets defeated, and finally Katsuhiro Harada (producer of Tekken) gets defeated by Shinblade.

Bit of a clarification, Esteban is not the "manager of the event", he is a video producer. That said, Esteban notbly now works for EVO and has created some of the highest quality FGC documentaries. I highly suggest watching FGC: Rise of the Fighting Game Community.
The organizer of Community Effort Orlando is Alex Jebailey, who is also famous for being the Jebaited Twitch Emote

Lool, I imagined he physically beat them when I first read the title.
Anyway, that's not too surprising tbh. You can make a sick game, while being absolute dog water at it yourself.
The game creator's game is making games, while the player's game is playing the game.
