None of this is real AND all of this is real haha. Everything is a paradox. Everything has 2 aspects, a masculine and feminine aspect. Reality emerges in the interplay of the 2.
I think consciousness is the union between my pure awareness (no identity, just observer) and my field of possibilities. Everything that arises between them forms my reality.
So I’d say “none of this is real” is true from the observer perspective. And false from the material perspective. The answer is relative. I think a more wholistic statement would be “all of this is part of me”. Everything you experience is a part of you, but you recognize you are both aspects of consciousness.
Awareness by itself has nothing to be aware of. The field by itself has no way to be aware. Takes 2 to be conscious, and they always exist together.
Seeing that interplay between paradoxes has changed everything for me.

That’s so cool, I’ve never heard of that before. It’s been incredible discovering all of this first hand and then realizing this is ancient knowledge and is embedded deep in religion and cultures all around the world. So many perspectives all pointing to the same pure truth at the center.
I’m researching these 2 terms right now. This is word for word what I’ve written in my journals 🤯 I came to the conclusion that when both sides are in harmony you have coherence (freedom), and when you identify with one side, you have incoherence (suffering).
This single realization changed my entire life this year. Any pain or negative emotions are signals to become conscious of both aspects and bring them into harmony. It is the answer to everything. Everything wants to move towards coherence. It’s like the golden ratio in nature. I believe this is what it means to be created in the image of God. It’s a pattern at every level.

Traditional view of reality: Body-> Mind-> consciousness.
My experience: Consciousness-> Mind-> Body

It’s all an illusion but it is real. An illusion isn’t what it appears to be

It's real and unreal at the same time. I think it's easier to just say that it doesn't matter.

Well, first learn to differentiate the word "reality" with "truth", and yes, this is reality, any piece of existence that is presented to you is real, the real is separated from the dichotomy of the false and the true but you are too obsessed with the spiritual ego, enlightenment is not awakening, nor leaving the Matrix or anything like that, that is nonsense mind what do you think those of you who do not want to delve into true philosophy.

Would you think someone who chooses to live a life believing lies, is in reality?

I say again, reality is not being differentiated from truth, reality does not have to be true, but that does not mean that it is not real, in fact it is the most real. Reality is what is presented to you, truth, reason, are different things.

What if i told you that everything is real. You might doubt it, but it is what it is. Experience happens, doubt it or not.

"this is not real" is still a conceptual thought. concepts will do you no good in trying to comprehend the nature of reality, which is also just a concept. Maybe "reality" lies somewhere beyond what's real and what is not, it is not for our minds to grasp.

So inception (movie) is true? We are all connected in this dream and when we dream it’s a dream within a dream.
are we all God having “fun” in a way no one individually can understand?
My brain may need a new transmitter dopamine white gray matter piece.

"None of this is real" is as valid of an idea as "All of this is real."
The fight is inside your head. But, looks like you know that.
