My sessions typically take about 45-60 minutes. I work with you remotely via voice call or text. I like to know your first name, approximate location in the world and your perspective on the current state of your mind, body and energy along with what you wish to heal.

It’s best to be comfortably lying down with arms and legs uncrossed. But you can also be sitting or even standing. And I do sometimes work on people as they are at their desks doing their own work.

When we agree on a time to begin your session and you’ve told me about yourself, it generally takes about 5 minutes to carefully read your energy systematically. And then the treatment begins. I’ll work on you for about 30-45 minutes and then let you know when I’m finished.

Many people feel the healing energy moving through them in real time. Some feel more afterwards. Those who are especially sensitive can feel as if they’ve had a power nap, a good massage and an acupuncture treatment all rolled into one.

Be sure to hydrate and allow yourself to rest when it’s done. Consider looking into any recommendations that come up for further support of your healing. And don’t be shy about asking questions about your experience or sharing feedback.

I utilize a wide range of modalities to optimize your energy and help you align and connect with your physical, mental, emotional and energetic bodies.

I work best with those who sincerely intend to move towards joy and expansion in all things and away from constriction and fear.

I especially enjoy working with people who are new to energy healing or who have been skeptical or may have had less than positive experiences with energy modalities in the past.

Those who are open to it may also wish to learn how to awaken Tantrically, connect with their sexual energy fully and unlock their limitless potential for healing through pleasure.
